Hello, I'm Kasun Bandara
Software Engineering
Student
Building scalable full-stack applications with Next.js, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Focused on elegant architecture and performance.
About Me
I’m a third-year Information Technology and Management undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa, passionate about building reliable, scalable, and user-focused software.
I enjoy working across the full stack, with a strong focus on Next.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Through academic and personal projects, I’ve gained hands-on experience designing REST APIs, building responsive web applications, integrating AI services, and working with databases and authentication systems.
Beyond application development, I’m exploring cloud computing, AWS, Docker, DevOps, and software architecture. I believe in understanding the fundamentals behind the technologies I use and writing clean, maintainable code that solves real problems.
Currently, I’m looking for opportunities to grow as a Software Engineer, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from experienced engineering teams.
